As you may know, I have a good friend in Ecuador who has been dealing with a series of medical issues. I have done a few GoFundMe and GiveSendGo campaigns to help her cover treatment, but I prefer to avoid begging for money if I can.

The Based Science Fiction and Fantasy Book Club is going on hiatus for a while, so I decided to do a combination clearance sale and benefit for Karen's treatment.
