Calling Authors! The Everyday Based Book Sale

Want your book included? Here’s what you have to do.

Readers? You can ignore this one, but if you do have author friends, please feel free to pass this opportunity on to them.

Authors, do you have a book you normally price at $0.99 or free all the time? The first book of a great series, or a book that really shows your talent and will leave readers wanting more? Would you like to have your book promoted all the time?

Then enter your title in the Everyday Based Book Sale.

Here’s what you have to do.

1. First, you have to subscribe so you’ll get the email updates when the sale is live. And only subscribers are allowed to comment.

2. Second, put your book in the comments of this post in this format, a. author, b. title, c. link. Example:
   Hans G. Schantz; The Hidden Truth, https://www.amazon.com/Hidden-Truth-Science-Fiction-Techno-Thriller/dp/1532712936/
   If you prefer a Book Funnel or other link, you may provide that instead, but then, I won’t have visibility to your sales, and you won’t be listed in the sale rankings.

3. The sale leans heavily toward science fiction and fantasy, but we also end up with thrillers, romance, mystery, and even non-fiction. If you’ve been in the sale before, acceptance is pretty much automatic. I will exclude books at my discretion that I think don’t fit or may be too salacious, and that certainly includes erotica. I can’t possibly read all the entries in detail, so I leave it to you to decide if yours is “based:”

3. Rejecting politically correct attitudes and celebrating nonconformity with woke opinion.

4. I’ll reply with a note that your book is approved. And I’ll add it to the sale page which will go live as soon as I get a critical mass of books.

That’s all there is to it!

The main Based Book Sale will run special week-long sales quarterly, and there will be a separate sign-up post for each sale. That will be the place to post books that are on limited time sales.
